About Me

From the very beginning, creativity has been at the core of who I am. Whether it was shaping fondant into intricate creations or designing bold illustrations, I’ve always had a passion for bringing ideas to life. My journey into graphic design wasn’t exactly traditional – it started in the kitchen.

I initially pursued a career in baking and cake decorating, where I learned the art of composition, color balance, and detail-oriented design. Every cake was a blank canvas, an opportunity to experiment with form and style. But over time, I realized my passion extended beyond edible art. I wanted to create something more lasting, something that told stories in a visual language all on its own.

That realization led me to study graphic design, where I found a new creative home. I immersed myself in learning the fundamentals of typography, layout, and digital illustration. While my background in baking had given me an eye for detail and structure, graphic design opened a whole new world of expression. I quickly gravitated toward a retro comic book aesthetic, blending bold lines, vintage color palettes, and dynamic compositions to create designs with a nostalgic yet modern twist.

Throughout my career, I’ve drawn inspiration from the places I’ve lived: Utah, Washington, North Carolina, and now Georgia. Each location has influenced my artistic style, shaping how I approach design with a mix of vintage charm and contemporary energy.

Today, my work is a reflection of both my past and present, blending my early passion for hands-on artistry with the digital tools of modern design. Whether I’m creating a brand identity, an illustration, or a piece that simply brings joy, my goal remains the same: to tell a story through visuals, to capture a feeling, and to keep pushing my creative boundaries.

Graphic design wasn’t my first career, but it’s where I was always meant to be. And with each new project, I continue to explore, learn, and create in a way that feels uniquely and undeniably me.
